Diwali is the festival of lights. Light Diyas and burn crackers, but do not cross limit. Try to limit the pollution. Celebrate this Diwali  to fullest. Stay healthy and safe this Diwali by following some basic tips

  • Eat small meals at regular interval through out the day
  • Don’t skip any meals, including breakfast and mid time snacks
  • Prepare diwali faral (snacks) at home using healthy oils. Stay away from outside food
  • Eat faral, sweets and desserts as mid time snacks. Do not include them in dinner or lunch.
  • Eat a small snack or meal at home before going to party
  • Do your Workouts and go for walks regularly
