A very healthy mid time snack full of protein, carbs and fibre with the benefit of vitamins and minerals in banana, dates and B protin. Also good as pre workout snack.
Ingredients
- Oats 1cup
- Banana 2 (small one)
- whole eggs 2
- D protin 60 g
- 80% Dark Chocolate 30g
- Dates 4
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Clarified Butter 4 tssp
- Crushed Walnuts
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree
- Soak the dates in milk for half an hour
- Add the Bananas and make a paste in the mixie
- Melt the chocolate in double boiler
- Separately mix together Oats, protein powder and walnuts
- Whip together clarified Butter and eggs in a bowl till smooth
- Add dark chocolate and Banana-Dates paste to it
- Slowly add the mixture of oats and mix gently
- Bake for 20 mins.
