For Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:

Chicken boneless cut into small pieces 250 g

Pudina leaves …………….12-15

garlic Cloves………………..8-10

Ginger………………………………1/2″

Green Chili……………………..2

Lemon Juice ………………..1 tsp

All spice Powder………….1/2 tsp

Whole Egg …………………….1

Olive Oil……………………………1 tsp

Salt and Pepper as per taste
Method:

Coarsely grind pudina, garlic, ginger and chili
- Merinate the Chicken with the paste, all spice powder, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice for 1 hr

Beat the whole egg and add to the marinated chicken

Heat the pan on medium flame.

Roast the chicken till golden brown on both sides
For the Kachumber Salad
Method:

Take a mixing bowl and add finely chopped Cabbage, Carrot, Onion or any vegetables of your choice. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
