Recipe: Stir Fired Vegetables with Paneer Indian Style

Ingredients:

  • Vegetables: Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower, Baby Corn, Red and Yellow Capscicum
  • Paneer 150 gram
  • Garlic 7-8 cloves finely chopped
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt, pepper and chili flakes as per taste

For Marinating Paneer:

Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili paste 1 tsp, Tandoori masala OR all spice masala 1 tsp, cumin-corriander powder 1 tsp, salt

Method:

  • Heat the pan with 1 tsp Olive oil. Saute Paneer till golden brown. Keep it aside.
  • Add remaining Olive oil in the pan. Put Garlic and red chili flakes
  • Add French Beans and Califlower to it. Cover it with lid for 2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining vegetables and saute it for 5 to 7 minutes
  • Season it with salt and pepper, remove from the heat
  • Now mix Paneer and lemon juice and its ready to serve

You can use the vegetables of your choice. Make a roll of chapatti with this and you can carry as a tiffin.
