Enjoy your diner with this healthy and easy chicken recipe full of proteins
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
To Marinate
- ½ tsp each Rosemary, Thyme, lemon Grass, Parsley and Basil (Dry or Fresh. Use fresh herbs whichever you get. Chop them finely. I used fresh Basil here)
- ½ tsp Lemon zest
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 7-8 Garlic Cloves
- Salt, Chili Flakes and black pepper as per taste
Preparation
- Blend all the above ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2 hours
- Pre heat the oven on 200 degrees
- Roast the chicken for ½ hour or till its done
Greek Yogurt (For the Dip)
I get Greek style curd here in Goa in one of the supermarket. You can use any yogurt for the dish
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greek style curd
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic
- Salt, Black Pepper and green chili as per taste
Chop finely spring onions, garlic and green chili. Mix all the ingredients with the curd
