Veg-Semolina-Bread toast
This recipe is the healthier version for Cheese-chilli Toast. With lots vegetables and whole wheat semolina this toast is full of complex carbs, colourful veggies, protein and healthy fats. Eggetarians can add eggs to increase the protein content. Batter of Semolina-curd-vegetables is spread over the brown bread and toasted. A single bread slice is used. Semolina and curd helps in binding the vegetables. Spices like chilli garlic and ginger makes them tasty. You can toast them in OTG or in a sandwich toaster or if you don’t have any of them, it can be toasted on a pan too. Make sure the consistency is thick enough so that the batter sticks on the bread. Toast it on both sides to make it crispier.
