Recipe : Ginger-lemon-turmeric in coconut water

Ingredients :

  • 3 “ginger 2″fresh turmeric
  • 1&1/2 lemon juice
  • I tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp corriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1″ cinnamon stick, 4/5 cloves
  • 2 cups coconut water

Method:

  • Grind and squeeze the juice out of ginger and turmeric.
  • Grind coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon and cloves to fine powder
  • Mix lemon juice, ginger & turmeric juice and the powder with coconut water.
  • Drink first thing in the morning or 1/2 before meals
